  • Calendly (Scheduling Service): We use Calendly to allow you to schedule appointments or meetings with us online. When you use the Calendly scheduler embedded on our Site or via a link, Calendly may collect certain data. Automatically Collected Data: Calendly may use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data (such as date and time of your visit and technical info about your browser) as needed to embed and run the scheduler. Information You Provide: When scheduling, you will typically be asked to submit information like your name, email address, and phone number, and possibly other details related to the meeting (e.g. the meeting topic or any notes you choose to include). You might also enter the email addresses of other people to invite to the meeting. All of this information is provided voluntarily by you and is used to arrange the meeting. The information you enter is transmitted to Calendly and stored on Calendly’s servers on our behalf. Calendly may send you confirmation and reminder emails regarding the appointment. We have access to the information you provide via Calendly in order to manage our appointments. Calendly’s use of your data is covered by Calendly’s Privacy Notice, which we encourage you to review for more details on their data practices.

  • Mailchimp (Email Newsletter Service): We use Mailchimp to manage our email newsletter subscriptions and communications. If you sign up for our newsletter or mailing list, the name and email address you provide will be collected and stored by Mailchimp on our behalf. We use this service to send you periodic emails with company news, updates, or other information you’ve opted to receive. Mailchimp may also collect interaction data on those emails, such as whether you open an email or click on links within it, to provide us with aggregate statistics about email effectiveness. This helps us understand our audience engagement (for example, Mailchimp provides us reports on how many subscribers opened a newsletter). Mailchimp may use cookies or tracking pixels in the email content for this purpose. Rest assured, we use these analytics only to improve our communications and do not share your personal information with others for marketing. Mailchimp will not contact you directly except through the emails we send, and they will not sell or share your email address with other parties. Mailchimp’s handling of your information is subject to Mailchimp’s own Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any newsletter email, or by contacting us (we will promptly remove you from the mailing list).

  • YouTube (Embedded Videos): From time to time, we may embed videos from YouTube on our Site (for example, to share educational content or testimonials). YouTube is a video-sharing platform owned by Google. When you view a YouTube video embedded on our webpage, certain data may be collected by YouTube/Google. For instance, YouTube may set cookies or use similar tracking technologies to collect information about your device and viewing activity (e.g., that you watched the video, your IP address, and other usage data). This can happen even if you do not click “Play” on the video, because your browser may automatically contact YouTube to retrieve the video player code and thumbnail. Google may use this information to improve its services and for analytics and advertising purposes (for example, tracking video views across different sites). We embed YouTube videos using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode when possible, which means that YouTube will not store cookies for tracking unless you play the video; however, YouTube may still store cookies required for the functionality of the video player. Any data that YouTube collects via embedded videos is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive personally identifiable information about your video views, aside from aggregate view counts or similar data provided by YouTube. If you are concerned about data collection via embedded YouTube videos, you may choose not to play videos on our Site. You can also consult Google’s Privacy Policy to learn more about how Google and YouTube collect and use data, and use Google’s privacy settings to control personalized ads.

We may include links or integrations to other third-party platforms (for example, social media share buttons or maps) on our Site. If you choose to interact with those features, be aware that you are interacting with the third-party service, which may collect data such as your IP address or the fact that you visited our Site. This Privacy Policy does not cover third-party websites or services; we recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party services you access for information on their data practices.

  • Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as the services listed above, including Calendly and Mailchimp, as well as website hosting or cloud storage providers).   • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests (such as a subpoena, court order, or government investigation). We may also disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, violations of our terms and conditions, or as otherwise required by law.

  • Business Transfers: In the event that our Company undergoes a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred to the successor or acquiring entity as part of that transaction. If such a transfer occurs, the use of your personal information will still be governed by this Privacy Policy (or a policy that provides you equal or greater protection), unless you are notified otherwise and consent to any new uses.

If you have an account or profile on our Site (though currently our Site does not use user accounts), you could remove your information by deleting the account. Otherwise, you can simply contact us to request deletion of your data and we will follow up promptly.

  • Opt-Out of Marketing Communications: If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter or other marketing emails, you have the right to opt out. As noted above, you can do this by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email, or by contacting us and requesting to be removed from our mailing list. We will respect your request and remove you from further communications. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send you transactional or informational emails (for example, messages about an ongoing service you requested, or important notices about our policies or security).

  • Cookies and Tracking Choices: As discussed, you can control the use of cookies through your browser settings. If you prefer not to be tracked by Google Analytics on our Site (and others), you can use the Google browser add-on mentioned above or other privacy tools. Some browsers also offer “Do Not Track” signals; however, at this time our Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals, because there is not yet a consensus in the industry on how to interpret them. We will continue to monitor developments around Do Not Track and may update our practices if a standard emerges.

  • California Privacy Rights: If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or other state laws, such as the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. You may also have the right to opt out of any “sale” of your personal information (note: we do not sell personal information). And you have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights. We aim to provide the same transparency and control to all our users, so if you have any questions or requests regarding your data, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

  • GDPR (EU/UK) Rights: While our services are primarily aimed at U.S. users, if you are in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another region with laws granting specific data rights, you may have the right to request data portability (to receive a copy of your data in a usable format), to object to or restrict processing of your data, or to withdraw consent where consent was relied upon. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory data protection authority in your country.
