Adam Smith
Founded by Adam Smith, Impact & Leadership Consulting Group (ILCG) helps organizations design purpose-driven strategies that translate vision into measurable impact.
With academic grounding in sociology and leadership and extensive experience in civic engagement, partnership development, and leadership education, Adam brings both systems thinking and a people-centered approach to every engagement. As an advocate for servant leadership and purpose-driven service, Adam integrates research, collaboration, and practical design to help clients create cultures of trust, engagement, and meaningful change.
