About the Founder
Adam Smith
Adam Smith founded Impact & Leadership Consulting Group (ILCG) to help organizations move from purpose to measurable impact. His work focuses on aligning leadership, civic engagement, and strategic partnerships to strengthen both organizational performance and community outcomes.
In his work, Adam has found that most organizations don’t struggle with intent. They struggle with consistency. Clear values don’t always translate into consistent behavior, and that gap is where engagement, trust, and impact begin to break down.
As an advocate for servant leadership and purpose-driven strategy, Adam’s work centers on helping clients build cultures where leadership is consistent, trust is earned, and impact is intentional.
